This is what they called Post-Holiday Syndrome and is also a kind of mental disease which could affect people’s mood and quality of life. Actually it's not difficult to solve this problem. Very little is needed to return to normal life. It is all within yourself, in your way of thinking. The first and key step you have to do is to open your heart and try to keep a cheerful heart. That requires us from four aspects to achieve: our eyes and ears, mouth and nose:

1. Visual impact: Watch videos the type you like, such as comedy, which can most directly affect your mood. Such funny plot can make you laugh to tear, but sometimes can also move you to tear.
